Peking University Fall 2025 Student Accommodation Online Reservations

Dear international students,

As we approach the fall semester of 2025, we are pleased to announce that the Zhongguanxinyuan Student Accommodation at Peking University is now open for online reservations for our international student community.

The reservation information is as follows: first, this opportunity is specifically aimed at full-time foreign students enrolled at the Yanyuan Campus. It does not apply to students from the School of Medicine, Shenzhen Graduate School, or those at Changping Xinyanyuan Campus and Daxing Campus. If you are uncertain about your accommodation status, please reach out to your project teacher via email to clarify.

The apartments available for reservation are located outside the southeast gate of Peking University's main campus. For additional details, you can visit the Zhongguan Xinyuan Student Accommodation website.

To reserve a room, please go to www.studyatpku.com and follow the indicated dormitory reservation process. It is important to note that the number of room reservations is limited and based on availability.

The reservation timeline is crucial: current students can start making reservations at 9 a.m. on August 11, 2025, and they will remain open until all slots are filled. For new freshmen entering in the fall, reservations begin at 9 a.m. on August 12, 2025.

The reservation process requires students to first review information regarding room types, rates, and availability. After selecting a preferred room type, students must submit a reservation application during the operational hours of the booking system.

Once your reservation is submitted, it will be reviewed by the staff. If your application is confirmed, please note that you need to pay a deposit within three working days to finalize your reservation. Failing to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of your request.

It is vital to adhere to check-in requirements. Students should check in at the front desk of Building 1 of Zhongguan Xinyuan between August 31 and September 1, 2025. If early or late check-in is necessary, prior confirmation via phone is needed.

Lastly, all students are expected to comply with the laws and regulations of China, as well as Peking University's own disciplinary guidelines. It is essential to ensure that accommodation fees are paid fully and promptly.
