Peking University Student Accommodation Reservations Fall 2025

As the fall semester of 2025 approaches, Yanyuan Campus of Peking University opens online reservations for international student accommodation, specifically designed for full-time foreign students who have yet to finalize their housing arrangements.

Foreign students must confirm their eligibility for on-campus accommodation by reaching out to their project teachers via email, especially if they are unsure about their housing status.

The Zhongguanxinyuan Student Accommodation is available to those who meet the criteria, excluding students from the School of Medicine, Shenzhen Graduate School, Changping Xinyanyuan Campus, and Daxing Campus.

Located outside the southeast gate of Peking University's main campus, those interested can refer to the Zhongguan Xinyuan Student Accommodation website for further details.

The online reservation process will begin at 9 a.m. on August 11, 2025, for current students and at 9 a.m. on August 12, 2025, for fall freshmen, continuing until the available slots are filled.

To reserve a room, students are encouraged to review information pertaining to room types, prices, and availability online, and then submit their applications during the designated reservation hours.

Following the application submission, students must wait for staff review. Once their status reflects 'Confirmed,' they are required to pay a deposit within three working days to secure their reservation.

Students who fail to check in on the established dates will forfeit their deposit, unless they provide prior written notice along with supporting documents in cases of force majeure.

Check-in is scheduled from August 31 to September 1, 2025, with strict adherence to timing and regulations expected, including compliance with Chinese laws and university policies.
