International Student Office Adjusts Summer 2025 Hours

The International Student Office has announced an adjustment to its hours during the upcoming summer vacation, which will be observed from July 7 to August 26, 2025. During this period, faculty and staff will take turns to rest, ensuring adequate support for students.

In accordance with the schedule, the International Student Office will operate under new external office hours throughout the summer vacation. The adjusted hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and again from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The visa agency will also modify its working hours during this time. From July 7 to July 25, the agency will be available Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Following this, from July 28 to August 26, the agency will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at the same hours.

Students requiring assistance with consultations, questions, or visa and residency applications can reach out via WeChat at zhanghui091010 during the specified duty hours.

In addition to the visa agency, the insurance company will have designated duty hours every Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. This is particularly important for students who need to pay tuition fees or apply for visa extensions, and they are encouraged to schedule these in advance.

International students are reminded to utilize the International Student Online Service Platform for payment processes and the online insurance purchase process, both of which can be easily accessed through the established links.
