An initial password format is provided for the login process. Students are instructed to input 'zju2025' followed by the last four digits of their passport number to gain access to the system and proceed with their application.
Upon logging in, students must navigate to the 'Academic Affairs' section on the left, subsequently clicking on 'Application for Continuation of Studies,' which is the third module on the right. It is imperative that students verify their personal information before confirming and submitting their application.
In the event of any discrepancies within personal information, students should promptly reach out to Teacher Jiang at the provided email address for necessary corrections. After making the required modifications, students should ensure they apply and submit their applications immediately.
The application results will be accessible starting at 5:00 PM on December 10, 2025. Students must check their application status through the online platform to confirm their eligibility for continued study.
The designated payment window will open from 00:00 on December 11, 2025, and will close at midnight on December 17, 2025. It is essential for students whose applications have been approved to complete their tuition and insurance payments through the online system within this timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their place in the program.
