International Student Office Adjusted Hours for Winter 2026

The winter vacation for the academic year 2026 is scheduled to begin on January 19 and will continue until February 24. During this period, faculty and staff will operate on a rotating resting schedule to ensure essential services remain available. In light of the upcoming winter vacation, the International Student Office has adjusted its operating hours. The office will remain open from Monday to Friday, with service hours set from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

For those needing assistance with visa applications, specialized hours have been designated for the visa application agency. From January 19 through February 9, services will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
