International Student Office Changes Summer 2025 Office Hours

The International Student Office has announced adjusted office hours for the summer vacation period, which runs from July 7 to August 26, 2025, coinciding with a rotational schedule for faculty and staff rest.

During this summer vacation timeframe, the external office hours for the International Student Office will be from Monday to Friday, operating from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and then resuming from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For students needing visa assistance, the visa agency will follow a specific schedule. From July 7 to July 25, services will be available Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Subsequently, from July 28 to August 26, services will continue every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during the same afternoon hours.
