Alternatively, students at the Yuquan campus may reserve housing from August 28 to September 3.

The online reservation for student housing is exclusively available to 2025 fall freshmen, encompassing both self-funded students and scholarship recipients. New students from other campuses are advised to visit the front desk of their respective campus dormitories to apply for accommodation during the school registration period.

For students affiliated with the International School of Medicine at Zhejiang University, it is essential to log onto the designated link for housing applications within the timeframe communicated by the college. A formal announcement concerning accommodation requests and dormitory allocations is anticipated around mid-August 2025.

The reservation time frame for Zijingang's freshmen runs from 9:00 a.m. on August 26 to 5:00 p.m. on September 1, following Beijing time. For Yuquan freshmen, the booking window is from 9:00 a.m. on August 28 to 5:00 p.m. on September 3.

It's important to note that accommodation at the Yuquan campus is limited, especially for students enrolled in Chinese language studies. Therefore, reservations will open some housing options at Zijingang. Students initially placed at Zijingang may apply for a transfer to Yuquan one month after classes commence if there are available units.

Students wishing to reserve their accommodations can access the ordering website at dorm.zju.edu.cn. They will utilize their application number or student ID as their username, and for those without an application number, their passport number can be referenced. The password will typically be the last six digits of their passport number, with a default password setting for new applicants.

Certain critical guidelines regarding the reservation process highlight that due to limited availability, on-campus accommodation is not guaranteed unless booking is completed within the provided timeframe. Those arriving before September 6 will need to arrange their own lodging, as the school does not accommodate family members.
