2025 Procedure for International Undergraduate Students to Graduate

Attention to all International Undergraduate Student Graduates for the year 2025. It is imperative that you log on to the Graduation Station by 9 a.m. on July 11 to verify your personal information and complete all necessary exit procedures before graduating.

As part of the unified school arrangement, the Graduation and Leaving School System opened on June 16. All students graduating in 2025 should access the system through the official website (http://bye.pku.edu.cn) by selecting the 'Graduation Exit System' located in the upper right corner of the page.

Reporting your graduation destination is a crucial element of the graduation process. It is essential that every student diligently fills out this information accurately and truthfully to avoid complications with graduation and departure.

To report your graduation destination, please follow these steps: First, log in to http://graduate.studyatpku.com. Next, either register a new account or use the account created during your admission application, and navigate to the 'School Leaving Procedure' section to bind with your student number.

After successfully logging in, you can submit the graduation destination online. Please note that once you submit this information, it will automatically sync to the Graduation and Leaving School System.

In terms of next actions, after you finalize the required procedures, remember to contact your department for details on how to collect your degree and graduation certificates.

Additionally, for arrangements regarding the upcoming graduation ceremony, please be attentive to announcements from your department. The undergraduate ceremony is scheduled for July 2, while the graduate ceremony will take place on July 3.
