Procedure for 2025 International Undergraduate Students to Graduate

Attention International Student Graduates: As you prepare to conclude your academic journey, please be reminded of the necessary actions you must take to finalize your graduation process.

To ensure a smooth transition, all 2025 graduates are required to log on to the School Graduation Station by 9 a.m. on July 11. You can access the system via the website http://bye.pku.edu.cn and navigate to the 'Graduation and Leaving School System' located in the top right corner.

The system will officially open for use on June 16, allowing you ample time to review and confirm your personal information, along with completing the necessary graduation procedures.

Filing your graduation destination is a critical element of this process. It is imperative that all students complete this step accurately and truthfully, as any discrepancies may hinder your graduation and leave process.

To record your graduation destination, please follow these steps: First, log in to http://graduate.studyatpku.com. You may need to create a new account or use the account established during your admission application process.

After logging in, navigate to the 'School Leaving Procedure' section and link your student number. Complete the online form for your graduation destination, which will be automatically synchronized with the graduation and leaving system upon submission.

Students are also encouraged to keep track of related matters and ensure timely arrangements for their graduation. Post completion of the required procedures, reach out to your department to understand how to collect your degree and graduation certificates.

Details regarding the graduation ceremony, including admission, tickets, and seating arrangements for the undergraduate ceremony on July 2 and the graduate ceremony on July 3, will be communicated through departmental notices.
