Winter Vacation Notice and Spring Semester Registration 2025

Attention students: As we approach the winter vacation period, we would like to remind you of important registration information for the upcoming Spring Semester of 2025.

Students who are planning to continue their studies or register for the Spring Semester must be aware of the registration timelines and procedures.

Winter vacation is an excellent opportunity for students to rest, recharge, and also work on any pending academic tasks.

For any inquiries regarding the registration process or academic concerns during this period, we encourage you to reach out to the International Student Center.

The International Student Center can be contacted via email at isc-support@sjtu.edu.cn for any assistance you may need.

Additionally, the center is located at 800 Dongchuan Rd, Minhang District, Shanghai, China, where students can also visit for in-person assistance.

We aim to support all international students in navigating their academic journeys, especially during registration periods and holiday breaks.

As a reminder, please ensure that all necessary documents are prepared in advance to facilitate a smooth registration process for the Spring Semester.
