Peking University Opens Spring 2025 Student Accommodation Reservations

Peking University has announced that online reservations for student accommodation for the Spring 2025 semester is now open for international students. As the semester approaches, international students are encouraged to secure their housing at the Zhongguanxinyuan Student Accommodation.

The accommodation is specifically available to full-time foreign students enrolled at the Yanyuan Campus, with certain campuses such as the School of Medicine and the Shenzhen Graduate School excluded from this arrangement. Students unsure of their accommodation status should verify this with the program coordinator.

Zhongguanxinyuan is ideally located outside the East Gate of Peking University's main campus. Detailed information regarding the accommodations can be accessed through the Zhongguan Xinyuan Student Accommodation website.

Students wishing to reserve a room should visit the provided reservation website, www.studyatpku.com, where they can log in and follow the reservation process. Students are advised to act promptly, as the number of available rooms is limited and reservations will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

The window for making reservations opens on January 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM Beijing Time, and will remain available until January 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM or until accommodation is fully booked.

The reservation procedure requires students to review available room types and rates online before submitting a reservation request during the designated period. Upon acceptance of their request, students must pay a deposit within three working days to confirm their booking.

It is crucial for students to understand that failing to check in on time after a successful reservation and payment will lead to forfeiting their deposit. Anyone unable to check in promptly must provide written notification along with supporting documentation.
