International Student Office Updates Winter Vacation Hours for 2025

The International Student Office has announced updated office hours during the upcoming winter vacation period, which is scheduled from January 13 to February 11, 2025. Notably, the office will be closed for eight days during the Spring Festival holiday, from January 28 to February 4, when no services will be available.

During the winter vacation, the office hours for the International Student Office will be adjusted to accommodate students' needs. The hours will be from Monday to Friday, operating from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and then resuming from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

For those requiring assistance with visa-related matters, the visa agency will be available from January 13 to January 17, with specific duty hours set from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Students who need to manage their insurance matters should note that the insurance company will also maintain limited duty hours during the winter break. Every Thursday afternoon, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM, students can seek assistance with insurance-related inquiries.
