The International Student Office has announced updated office hours during the upcoming winter vacation period, which is scheduled from January 13 to February 11, 2025. Notably, the office will be closed for eight days during the Spring Festival holiday, from January 28 to February 4, when no services will be available.
During the winter vacation, the office hours for the International Student Office will be adjusted to accommodate students' needs. The hours will be from Monday to Friday, operating from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and then resuming from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
For those requiring assistance with visa-related matters, the visa agency will be available from January 13 to January 17, with specific duty hours set from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Students can address their inquiries regarding visa and residency applications through the designated WeChat account zhanghui091010.

For any immediate questions or support, the office can be reached via their inquiry number at 86-10-62751230 or through email at study@pku.edu.cn.
Additionally, it is important for students to keep in mind various hotline numbers available for assistance during the break. The Peking University 24-hour student service hotline, which is accessible for all inquiries, can be reached at 62756372.
