Dear international scholarship students, this is a reminder about the importance of the monthly check-in procedure designed for you.
To ensure the effective implementation of the Chinese Government Scholarship review process and to enhance the daily management of international scholarship recipients, Zhejiang University is instituting a mandatory check-in for all international students on scholarship.
The designated check-in period is from the 1st to the 10th of each month. Specific details regarding the check-in procedure will be communicated through official university notices.
For those studying at the Hangzhou campus, check-in will be accomplished using the punch card machines available at various locations on campus. Additional guidance will be provided for students attending other campuses.
Students facing special circumstances that may prevent timely check-in are advised to contact their assigned counselor beforehand to explain their situation. Keep in mind that failing to check-in without valid reasons could adversely affect your annual evaluation for the Chinese Government Scholarship.
It is imperative that students take this process seriously and adhere to the university's regulations regarding monthly check-ins. For any inquiries or help, please reach out to the Student Affairs Office at the International Education College.
Contact information for Hangzhou campus representatives includes Teacher Chai and Teacher Ou for undergraduates, and Teacher Liu, Teacher Feng, and Teacher Li for graduate students, all stationed at Office 331 or Room 327.
For those studying at non-Hangzhou campuses, support can be found through various points of contact, including Teacher Zhou at the Ocean College and Teacher Jiang at Haining International Campus.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter as it is essential for maintaining the integrity and functionality of our scholarship program. Thank you for your attention.
