Clermont Business School Enhances Academic Degree Certification Process

Clermont Higher School of Business, located in France, is currently undergoing a rigorous examination process for academic degree certification. As of September 6, 2022, an enhanced scrutiny was initiated by our center, particularly focusing on the Master's degree program in International Business. The reviews revealed that the school had not adequately communicated the circumstances surrounding this enhanced examination process to its students.

Additionally, the investigation uncovered that the institution had either reinstated or disguised degrees that had previously been revoked due to issues of illegal issuance. In line with Article 28 of the Measures for Accreditation of Foreign Academic Degrees, our center has decided to reintroduce this rigorous review process for the university’s overseas certification applications henceforth.

As a result of the enhanced review, the processing timeline for certification applications from affected institutions will be extended. Moving forward, the processing period is set to be no less than 60 working days from the submission date of the application, emphasizing the necessity for diligence in this certification process.

Students holding diplomas from Clermont Higher School of Business are encouraged to maintain communication with the institution currently attended to stay informed regarding their certification applications and any related developments.

In light of these changes, it is also advisable for students pursuing studies abroad to remain vigilant regarding all announcements pertaining to the review process. Careful selection of institutions and programs that are subject to this scrutiny is paramount.
